Entrepreneurs struggle with overwhelm.

We feel pulled forward by our vision and pushed backward by our desire for results.

This conflict becomes chronic and leads to the feeling of "not getting" which feels like overwhelm.

For some it's an organizational or productivity problem. Others struggle with the inner state regardless of how efficient or effective they are.

One solution is to expose the truth to yourself. This module creates a conflict between what you desire most and what holds you back. For those who are honest with themselves the overwhelm resolves when you realize that you will not give up what you want for a temporary result.

Make sure not to think too hard. It's best to allow yourself to come to the conclusion without effort.

The best way to do this is to schedule the 15 minutes at a time where you can be alone and not rushed to expose your feelings to yourself fully.
